Standing at 828m tall is Dubai’s massive Burj Khalifa, now the world’s tallest building. Formerly known as the Burj Dubai, it was renamed in honour of the current President of the UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan, acknowledging Abu Dhabi’s recent financial assistance to Dubai.
