It couldn't be easier mate, just click the "Profile" link where you'll find an option to upload an image. Alternatively, and probably better in the long run. You can sign up for an account at Gravatar and associate and image with your email address. Then every site that supports Gravatars (such as this one), will automatically display the image for you.
